ItGrows.ai is operated by Magiscan Inc. (919 North Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA). We are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using ItGrows.ai, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use our service:

• Email address — used for account creation, authentication, and service communications.
• Website URL — used to analyze your site niche and generate relevant content.
• Generated articles — content we create on your behalf is stored to enable publishing and scheduling.
• Usage data — anonymized logs about how you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used).
• Billing information — handled exclusively by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the ItGrows.ai service.
• To generate SEO articles, social posts, and other content tailored to your website.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts).
• To communicate important service updates.
• To detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Payments via Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. When you subscribe, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. We receive confirmation of payment status but never store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive fields at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

6. Social Media Account Access

ItGrows.ai allows you to connect your social media accounts — currently LinkedIn, with Instagram and Google Ads support coming in the future — via OAuth. When you connect an account, we request only the permissions needed to post content and manage campaigns on your behalf.

We will never post, modify, or delete content without your explicit instruction. You remain in full control of what is published through the platform. We only access the scopes you explicitly authorize during the OAuth flow.

7. Data Collected via Social Integrations

When you connect a social media account, we may collect and store the following data to provide the service:

• Page and post analytics — impressions, reach, engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) retrieved from the platform API to display performance data in your dashboard.
• AI-generated post content — text, images, and other content created by ItGrows.ai and scheduled or published on your behalf.
• Advertising campaign data — campaign names, budgets, targeting parameters, and performance metrics for campaigns managed through the platform.
• Account identifiers — platform-specific user or page IDs required to authenticate API requests.

This data is used solely to operate and improve the features you have enabled. It is not used for advertising profiling or sold to third parties.

8. Third-Party Social Platforms

LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and Google are independent platforms governed by their own privacy policies. When you connect your accounts to ItGrows.ai, your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies:

ItGrows.ai acts as a data processor on your behalf when accessing these platforms. You, as the account holder, remain the data controller for any content published or analytics retrieved through our service.

9. Revoking Social Media Access

You can disconnect any connected social media account at any time:

• From ItGrows.ai — go to your account settings and remove the connected integration. We will immediately delete the associated OAuth tokens from our systems.
• Directly from the platform — you can also revoke access from within LinkedIn, Instagram, or Google's own app/security settings at any time, independent of our platform.

Revoking access will disable any scheduled posts or active campaigns that rely on the disconnected account. Analytics data already retrieved and stored in your dashboard may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

10. Third-Party Services

We may share data with the following third-party services strictly to operate our platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google — AI content generation via API
• LinkedIn — social media publishing and analytics (when connected)
• Meta — social media publishing and analytics (when connected)

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

11. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

12. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our service. Below is a summary of the cookies we use:

• Session cookies — essential cookies that keep you logged in during your session. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
• Analytics cookies — we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, device type, referrer). No personally identifiable information is stored. These cookies help us understand how users interact with the product so we can improve it.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies. You can decline analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit. Essential session cookies will still be used to provide the service.

You can also manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
